Person-centered rehabilitation services for people navigating disability, work, education, family changes, and major life transitions. Services and programs include vocational and career support, life and resource navigation, educational advocacy, Early Intervention/IFSP and IEP/504 support, transition-to-adulthood planning, acquired-disability life planning, and specialized groups.

A peer-support and resource community for people questioning, leaving, or rebuilding life after high-control groups. Reconnect, rediscover, and learn what it means to choose your own adventure.

Vocational and career support for people rebuilding their working lives after high-control environments.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design

Accessibility should be considered when something is being built—not after people encounter barriers.

Consultation may include accessibility and usability review, disability-inclusive program design, physical product accessibility, accessible instructions and educational materials, cognitive accessibility, and incorporating disabled users into the development process.


Media & Disability Representation

Consultation for writers, producers, content creators, and organizations seeking more accurate and nuanced representations of disability, rehabilitation, brain injury, accessibility, and disability-service systems.

Services may include script and content review, terminology consultation, plausibility review, identification of stereotypes or accessibility issues, and recommendations for additional lived-experience expertise when appropriate.


Training & Technical Assistance

Customized education and technical assistance for organizations, professionals, volunteers, and community programs.

Topics may include brain injury, disability and accessibility, resource navigation, case management, rehabilitation systems, disability-inclusive services, accommodations, community participation, and program implementation.

About Brinda

Brinda Dungan brings together experience in rehabilitation counseling, education, vocational services, disability resource navigation, housing and community systems, program development, accessibility, and advocacy.

Her work spans direct support for individuals and families as well as systems-level work with organizations and communities. Across those settings, the goal remains the same: identify barriers, expand choices, connect people with meaningful resources, and build systems that support participation rather than create more obstacles.
