Forensic Vocational Services
In Development
Off Script is developing a forensic vocational services practice to support attorneys and other professional referral sources with vocational and rehabilitation questions.
Future services may include vocational evaluation, employability analysis, transferable-skills analysis, labor-market research, earning-capacity analysis, rehabilitation-needs assessment, and related forensic vocational consultation as permitted by applicable credentials, competence, and professional requirements.

Selected Project Experience
Alabama Statewide TBI Resource Navigation System — Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services
Contributed to the development and implementation of Alabama’s statewide TBI resource-navigation system through an Administration for Community Living (ACL) federal grant. Helped develop the program’s infrastructure and toolkit, including the framework for how statewide navigation, resource development, referral, and service coordination would operate.
The program grew from two part-time positions to five full-time positions and helped establish resource navigation as an integral component of Alabama’s statewide TBI service system. The model and experience contributed to broader conversations about coordinated resource navigation and service access in Alabama, including subsequent initiatives serving veterans.
Valor on the Fax — Denver, Colorado
Served as the Brain Injury Association of Colorado’s agency content expert and HUD representative for Valor on the Fax, the nation’s first brain injury-specific permanent supportive housing model. Served as a major contributing author and agency content expert in development of the RFP involving HUD and the City of Denver. The project integrated permanent supportive housing with brain injury-informed services for people experiencing homelessness with brain injuries and related disabilities.
Georgia RSVP Clinic Resource Directory — Georgia
Developed the Georgia RSVP Clinic’s interactive resource directory for people with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, other disabilities, caregivers, and families. Researched and compiled hundreds of Georgia and national resources spanning healthcare, housing, transportation, benefits, employment, legal assistance, community participation, daily living, and other areas of need.
RSVP Colorado — Colorado
Contributed to the early development of RSVP Colorado, including development of its resource-navigation and case-management program and infrastructure supporting people with neurological disabilities.
Additional Systems & Advisory Experience
- State TBI Grant Systems — Advisory involvement with TBI grant programs in Alabama and Colorado, contributing professional, lived-experience, and systems perspectives to program development and improvement.
- TBI Model Systems & Knowledge Translation — Advisory involvement with the UAB Traumatic Brain Injury Model System and the Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center (MSKTC).
- HUD & Continuum of Care Systems — Agency-level experience working within HUD Continuum of Care systems in Colorado, including cross-agency coordination involving housing, homelessness, disability, and community services.
- Community Services Block Grant Systems — Served on a Jefferson County, Colorado County Commissioners board connected with Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) programming and community needs.
- Resource Development — Resource-development experience includes the Georgia RSVP Clinic Resource Directory, the Brain Injury Association of Colorado’s resource directory, and work with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services on Alabama’s Brain Map to Services.
- Grant & RFP Development — Experience with federal grant-supported program development and competitive procurement, including serving as a major contributing author and agency content expert on the Valor on the Fax RFP involving HUD and the City of Denver.
